Tip Number One
The single most important tip any energy professional can give a client is to consider the source. There are two main considerations.
- First, who is this guy? How did you find him? I have found that in this field, if you travel 100 miles and are introduced as an expert by someone local, you immediately are one.
- Second, where is this source from and what part of the community is he talking to? Energy tips are extremely climate specific. A tip that is gospel in Canada can easily be hell in Florida.
As for The Insulation Man, we have been in the energy field since 1989. We take a proactive part in our education and have attended training in cities from Washington DC to San Diego Ca. In the pursuit of energy perfection. It is a fundamental corporate goal to continue to be a reliable source of objective opinion and unbiased information for our clients and competitors.
We are located in Upstate New York in a 6800 heating degree day climate. We enjoy a 4 season year and our spring/summer seasons are usually a little on the wet side. If you are from a tropical or polar climate much of what I say here should be considered and questioned before being applied.
