Insulation Installer
- We are looking for a candidate to work as a general laborer in our business. We do Blown Insulation and Spray Foam insulation in residential settings. Minimum starting pay for this position is $10 per hour. We use blower doors and Infra Red to define work, then use cellulose and foam to correct deficiencies in the building envelope. We are in the process of bringing this approach to commercial work.
Spray Polyurethane Foam Applicator
- We need an experienced Spray Polyurethane Foam applicator familiar with Building Envelope work. Certification as a Foam Applicator by SPFA or applicator certification by the Air Barrier Association of America is preferred. Our 20+ yr old company is primarily a residential Building Performance Contracting firm working from acentral NY location. We use blower doors and Infra Red to define work, then use cellulose and foam to correct deficiencies in the building envelope. We are in the process of bringing this approach to commercial work. This is a year round position. Work is semi seasonal, with shorter work weeks in the heat of summer and overtime through the fall & winter. We use primarily closed cell foam in our work.
- Pay is negotiable; minimum for this position would be $12/hr.

Vacation, sick pay, holidays are all available after 1 yr of service. We need an applicator familiar with Graco/Gusmer equipment and building envelope techniques. We do not do roofing work, but we are looking into exterior side wall foam work in commercial applications.
